Moovia has interesting tools such as the option of creating a private social network, which I manage and link the people needed to meet my work objectives, whether individual or collective. You have an intranet system, and thus manage content from our company to the internal. You have a rating system which allows me to motivate our clients and co-workers when we achieve the proposed goals. Another aspect that I use of this software is that I can manage work teams according to their strengths and weaknesses, taking advantage of the best of each worker to design and develop our accounting projects. One recommendation I make to the Moovia team is that they check again the languages they have to visualize and use the software as it is not fully translated.
