The ease of use is excellent. The views are customizable in a simple process and data retrieval isn't bogged down. The support team is accessible and invested in helping users get the most from the system. I appreciate the timely responses. Implementation was straight forward and well supported. The lack of breadth of subject matter expert experience from the support team / developers is evident. While traders needs are readily visible and addressed, the middle and back office needs are resolved in a clunky manner. It would be great to see the team rounded out to include those groups. With regards to the breadth of subject matter knowledge across the different customer functions that use an C/ETRM platform, this is a challenge that we are addressing. We constantly balance staff capability development across product knowledge (efficiency and quality of support), customer domain knowledge (time to triage) and technical knowledge (translate customer needs). This is a work in progress and sometimes made more challenging as the as there is more variation in customer process (and thus needs) in risk, compliance and back office functions. That said, your feedback has been noted and provides us with data on areas for focus.
