"CommodityPro is not good when it comes to risk management"

What do you like best about CommodityPro?

Navigating through the platform and understanding its functionalities is difficult. Unlike applications Ive used in the past Ive been using CommodityPro for three years. Ive faced many difficulties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CommodityPro?

The navigation feels a bit clunky and outdated making it harder to find information quickly. The customer support team is knowledgeable they tend to take than expected to solve issues resulting in delays, in problem resolution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CommodityPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Compared to industry standards the web based platform lacks some of the features and functionalities. It has obstructed our commodity trading operations by not providing us with a platform that handles all aspects of our trading activities. I have been working on this application for the past three years but didnt see any such thing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering CommodityPro:

CommodityPro has been a blessing for me. I work as a supervisor and it gives me assurance that none of the key operational processes can be executed without my approvals. This helps me to catch any discrepancies and ensures a risk free environment. Also, the reporting prowess of the system is solid and it gives me all the information that I need from inventory positions to mark to market. This application is kind of single package software for all the trading house needs so I strongly recommend this product to anybody who deals in commodity trading. And the support team is very much knowledgeable in respect of multiple folds of business. For them It just takes couple of minutes for any issue to solve it. What problems is CommodityPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Myself and my team is using Commodity Pro for various requirements like issuing trade documents like sales invoices, contracts, and other documents like ware house receipt, goods dispatch notes etc and also maintaining the logistics of our business with this. "Commoditypro - a perfect CTRM tool"

What do you like best about CommodityPro?

Using CommodityPro as a CTRM tool has been an exceptional experience for us. In today's competitive world, making a mark in the industry is extremely challenging but we have benefited a lot with the use of CommodityPro throughout our journey. The CTRM tool is one of the best as it enables various system driven processes in managing the acceptable global risk management procedures.
