when there was an issue, the boss called me and we solved it, this review can be removed

**What problems is Mobile-Punch solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mobile-Punch doesn't solve any problems. Its promised features, like chat and photo addition, don't work well. The interface is outdated, it's slow to add photos, and the promised integration with other software is missing.
