**What do you like best about MLoyal?**

The best part of using MLoyal is that it allows the user to customize and create omnichannel programs with targeted messaging, SMS/Email, campaigns, and other analytics.

**What do you dislike about MLoyal?**

The MLoyal software doesn't support Mac(ios) system.

**What problems is MLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm solving the problem of managing and creating my own branded loyalty programs and analyzing them for the best product distribution.
