What do you like best about Mitratech Hire?

The most helpful thing about Trakstar is the ease of use. I have used many ATS and this one is easy to use and also easy to navigate. I also like that I can add many users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mitratech Hire?

The downside of using Trakstar is that it's not easy to pull reports - I personally struggled a little bit trying to use the filters to obtain information on our usage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mitratech Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is solving a problem of having a centralized system where we can post a role, gather applicant information, schedule interviews, get feedback and make offers. It's benefiting me so I don't need to go into many different systems to do this. Especially with interview scheduling - I used to use Google to schedule it, now I do it directly through Trackstar. Honestly it took me a long time to try to think of anything, but I would have to say that it doesn't remind me often enough to go back to review comments others have tagged me on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Trakstar Hire I had a pile of resumes on my desk, or a folder in my email, but it was impossible to keep organized. Trakstar Hire has allowed not only that but also for me to get documented feedback from other team members that are helping with the hiring process and store it in one place for reference.
