Mitimes is on a mission to support the legal professionals and professional services firms who find managing their timesheets painful and challenging. Our team is a group of people who are committed, innovative and passionate about helping our customers improve efficiency by removing the friction and overhead involved in current timesheet management practices. Mitimes integrates with Affinity, 365/Exchange and PBX systems to provide seamless timesheet experience so that users can access clients’ tasks and activities in their Mitimes timesheet. Through these integrations Mitimes captures emails, phone calls and appointments and depending on the user defined status of the contact, presents these activities in the timesheet for the fee earner’s approval. As lawyers ourselves we’ve created the automatic time recording tool we’ve always wished we had. MiTimes makes recording time, faster, more accurate and transparent. MiTimes has dramatically increased the billable time I record and I believe it is a much more accurate reflection of the time actually spent.
