Mitimes creates cloud-based, intelligent, automated timesheets to allow legal and professional services firms boost revenue and make their time tracking process efficient and pain free. Our team is a group of people who are committed, innovative and passionate about helping our customers improve efficiency by removing the friction and overhead involved in current timesheet management practices. Mitimes integrates with Affinity, 365/Exchange and PBX systems to provide seamless timesheet experience so that users can access clients’ tasks and activities in their Mitimes timesheet. Through these integrations Mitimes captures emails, phone calls and appointments and depending on the user defined status of the contact, presents these activities in the timesheet for the fee earner’s approval. As lawyers ourselves we’ve created the automatic time recording tool we’ve always wished we had. We believe the best work is done when the focus is maintained on the real work at hand with time recording seamlessly and automatically in the background.

**What do you like best about MiTimes?**

MiTimes makes recording time, faster, more accurate and transparent.   MiTimes has dramatically increased the billable time I record and I believe it is a much more accurate reflection of the time actually spent.  Not all time is billed but I now have a much better understanding of the time spent based on each worktype.    MiTimes pays for itself many times over.

**What do you dislike about MiTimes?**

The merge functionailty for emails needs to be rolled out to other activitiy types such as telephone calls and retrieval / creation of documents on a matter.

**What problems is MiTimes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Capturing more time, more accurately and much quicker than traditional methods.

**What do you like best about MiTimes?**

We have captured so much more time! MiTimes is very user friendly, even for the most techically challenged in the office.   And the customer support is second to none.

**What do you dislike about MiTimes?**

I cannot think of a single dislike with MiTimes, only I wish we had known about it sooner!

**What problems is MiTimes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue we had before MiTimes was capturing time.  Now we use MiTimes, this is never an issue.  All staff use it daily, which also helps with organisation.
