Stay Away at all Costs! **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Robin R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023 **What do you like best about MioSalon?** Affordable, relatively well designed, they used to have a good sales person but even that person left (guess why) **What do you dislike about MioSalon?** Unfortunately, MioSalon is a terribly run company and the software suffers from it. I wasted numerous hours setting up the software before realizing it was full of bugs (for example, the employee's commissions were wrongly calculated). Because I spent so much time setting it up, I wasted even more time telling their team all the the bug, following to make sure they were fixed, only to be told that I "should accept the software is it is and they do not have time to fix the issue I am raising, they have other development priorities". I am left with a software I cannot use, and cannot trust. Their customer service team is one of the worst I've experienced. Absolutely careless, and incompetent. Stay away from this software. **What problems is MioSalon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was supposed to help us manage our clinic more easily. It didn't. To extract or upload customer database is a pain, to manage the stock is a pain, to get them to fix bugs is a pain. Everything is a pain. ### 2. Additionally, it has a very affordable price. **What do you dislike about MioSalon?** I would like more flexibility of customization and Although it is true that the spa name is displayed, the business logo or user name is not displayed, without displaying the profile option, on the other hand, it would be convenient to update the design as it is a bit obsolete.
