The switching-cost angle is probably as important as the subscription price. Acrobat can become embedded in signing, collaboration, templates, and existing document workflows, so a cheaper license may not automatically mean lower total cost. For anyone who switched, what was the one Acrobat capability you unexpectedly had to replace elsewhere?
