What do you like best about MiniHotel PMS?

I enjoy using MiniHotel PMS for several reasons. Firstly, MiniHotel PMS is extremely easy and user-friendly to set up, which made our transition very easy from the start. It is essential for keeping the correct record of our reservations, which prevents errors and ensures efficiency in our daily management. Additionally, the generation of occupancy reports, reservation sources, and billing with MiniHotel PMS is very useful, facilitating our administrative activities. The functionality to move reservations between different available units is incredibly practical, particularly the handling of records with multiple units and dates that allows, for example, changing from a cabin to a suite during the same reservation. What do you dislike about MiniHotel PMS?

I don't like the attention to change proposals in MiniHotel PMS. They have a very closed approach and don't implement a change unless many complexes request it. In my case, I proposed showing the total billed amount as items are added, but it wasn't considered because I was the only requester. Also, I find the A billing unclear if the company is not added directly in the reservation. What do you like best about MiniHotel PMS?

I really like that MiniHotel PMS has a simplicity that facilitates daily work. The confidence I have in the operators has improved thanks to this application, as it allows me to control the numbers and ensure everything is in order. I greatly appreciate how it facilitates the resolution of everyday problems, especially when alternatives like Excel do not provide clarity. MiniHotel allows you to see occupancy percentages effectively, which I review daily to evaluate the month's performance. The ability to review bookings from a mobile app is impressive, allowing me to access detailed booking information while I'm in another city. I am happy with the system's performance and the value for money it offers. I have not experienced significant difficulties and I am completely satisfied with its operation, to the point of rating it 10 out of 10 for how much it exceeds my expectations. What do you like best about MiniHotel PMS?

I have been using MiniHotel PMS for 3 years and find the system extremely useful for managing reservations, portals, and the administration of our properties on a daily basis. It makes our daily operations much more agile and efficient thanks to its ability to simplify and speed up operational times. I really like that the initial setup process was simple, agile, and practical. MiniHotel PMS stands out for its simplicity and visual clarity, which makes it easy to use. Additionally, I value the frequent updates and continuous improvements in the system that ensure the features are always up to date. The price of MiniHotel PMS is high, which can be a concern for many users. Additionally, the response speed of support could be improved, especially with a wider range of attention during weekends. "MiniHotel PMS: Essential for Reservation Management"
What do you like best about MiniHotel PMS?

I love that MiniHotel PMS allows me to have all the booking portals integrated, which is crucial for managing multiple lodging complexes like my hotel, my cabin complex, and my apartments. I've been using the system for almost two years and I find it very good. It was recommended to me by a hotel in Tucumán, and since its implementation, I've found it fantastic. Although it initially seems complicated, the setup is surprisingly easy thanks to the efficient technical customer service, who are always willing to help via WhatsApp, ensuring I have no issues. I enjoy how the portals complement each other to avoid overbooking, which saves me a lot of time. It greatly facilitates reducing the risk of overbooking, and the channel manager is simply fantastic. Additionally, I value the fact that my employee in Buenos Aires can access the system, review bookings, and communicate with me without any problems. Although I don't frequently use the feature that allows creating commission-free bookings, having the option is very useful. I like the link for direct bookings, which has even helped me on occasions, although they could improve the reports. Repeatedly, the integration with multiple booking platforms like Booking, Expedia, and Airbnb is fundamental for me. I would recommend MiniHotel PMS 10 out of 10 times as it greatly simplifies the management of more than 20 rooms and is a complete and great solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about MiniHotel PMS?

I believe the reports could be better, although maybe I don't know how to use them properly. I find it a bit complicated to set different prices according to the number of people, but apart from that, I wouldn't change much about the system. Also, I think incorporating artificial intelligence for a chatbot would be a good improvement, as I have been looking for it. What do you like best about MiniHotel PMS?

I have been using MiniHotel PMS for 10 months and it has allowed me to streamline the booking and operational processes of the accommodation significantly. I love the ease of use of the system, especially the booking engine, which does not charge commissions, saving me additional costs. The initial setup was handled without complications, starting with MiniHotel and then easily by our team. MiniHotel PMS has helped us avoid overbooking issues, improve reservation management, and open us up to new OTAs, such as through its integration with Airbnb, which expanded our opportunities. I especially value features like the calendar, billing, and rate entry, which are intuitive and greatly facilitate our daily work. These features have allowed us to easily load rates on different portals and solve critical problems like overbooking, which improves our operational efficiency. I would like the integration with Google to be improved, as they have been working on it for quite some time, but it is still not available. What do you like best about MiniHotel PMS?

I have been using MiniHotel PMS for a year for managing reservations at our hotel, and I am really impressed. I discovered this software through social media and decided to switch to MiniHotel PMS from another provider because it is simply superior. What stands out the most is its connection with travel platforms, which has been a total change in our operation. Additionally, the financial system is much better, making billing more efficient and facilitating our reservation occupancy. The automatic reservation loading feature has saved us a lot of time, eliminating the need to manually enter information. The setup process was easy thanks to the available assistance, which made the transition seamless. The capabilities for managing finances, billing, and reservations are extremely useful and have solved many of our operational problems. I would say that the entire system in general is effective, which is a great reason why I would choose it again. The calendar feature stands out as one of the most useful aspects, making my work easier and providing numerous benefits. I also find the integration capabilities with accounting, cash flow, expense reporting, and OTA channel managers extremely valuable, facilitating better management of availability and rates. Additionally, the Contagion feature is beneficial for handling cashback and cash entries effectively. The software's affordability is an added advantage, offering great value for the price.
