**What do you like best about MiloCRM?**

I think that features related to leads capture in MiloCRM were really amazing. It was very helpful to be able to drag and drop contact information from website forms and social media interactions compared to my prior CRM.

**What do you dislike about MiloCRM?**

I had difficulties using MiloCRM as there were limited reporting features that helped track its performance. It was difficult for me to get some insights into my marketing activities. The reports were confined and did not offer the flexibility of viewing deeper into one figure.

**What problems is MiloCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MiloCRM does a good job in this aspect of lead capture, and this is a critical element in any marketing funnels that cannot be overlooked. The convenience of having all my contact information at my fingertips helped in following up with leads and converting them.

**What do you like best about MiloCRM?**

I liked about MiloCRM was the quality of the lead capture options. I found helpful was the integration, which allowed leads to be automatically fetched from sources such as social media and landing pages in comparison to my previous CRM.

**What do you dislike about MiloCRM?**

The prime drawback that I faced with MiloCRM was it was not very effective in terms of reporting. This made it  difficult to come up with specific and detailed changes to make on my marketing endeavours.

**What problems is MiloCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MiloCRM was useful in enhancing my capturing of leads, which in one way or the other saved me a lot of time. A CRM should offer a clear view of the customer path and this aspect was not fulfilled in MiloCRM.

**What do you like best about MiloCRM?**

It is easy to create specific e-mail promotions in MiloCRM. Constructing the professional mail was not a problem due to the drag and drop feature and the segmented list helped deliver my messages to the requested contacts.

**What do you dislike about MiloCRM?**

I didn’t find the task management capabilities of MiloCRM as robust as I had hoped.  It was impossible to make links between individual tasks and sometimes my colleagues and I had difficulties while working in a team.

**What problems is MiloCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MiloCRM does a very good job of it. It helps me avoid doing some routine tasks such as sending emails to multiple people and monitoring the success of the campaign.

**What do you like best about MiloCRM?**

I found it very easy to create contact profiles in MiloCRM. Managing information is done in a way that makes all the important details easily retrievable and provided in an orderly manner.

**What do you dislike about MiloCRM?**

Reporting is another area where MiloCRM not improved. It was difficult for me to create detailed reports that combined information from different aspects of the CRM, such as stages or pipeline and campaigns.

**What problems is MiloCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MiloCRM embodies initial lead capture as well as the first steps of the sales funnel. This helps me avoid spending considerable time and energy on recruiting new leads and tracking their progress.

MiloCRM is its focus on personalized multi-channel communications platform and making it easier to manage customer relationships and optimize marketing strategies.

**What do you dislike about MiloCRM?**

sometimes I might find the integration process with other tools or platforms challenging.

It's one of the best thing by offering tools for lead generation, personalized multi-channel and communications.
