**What do you like best about MileApp?**

easy to use, easy to setup such as master data & integration with our system, lot of features, simple interface, solve route planning problems, best & fast support team.
In terms of price, it also really supports the smooth running of business
Currently our delivery team using this app every day.

**What do you dislike about MileApp?**

with good support & features that support the smooth running of business, I think there are no weaknesses that can be said

**What problems is MileApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

routing problems, especially if there are new drivers who are not yet familiar with the area & vehicle operational costs can be measured & monitored

**What do you like best about MileApp?**

The very easy and effective usage facilitates our fieldwork tasks. For example, it makes it easier for sales in outlet visits and POs, facilitates order deliveries, etc.

**What do you dislike about MileApp?**

when an error occurs in the application when the phone connection is disconnected from the network or the coordinates are not readable on the admin server, hopefully it can be improved better in the future

**What problems is MileApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

facilitate sales visits to outlets and POs from outlets, and make it easier to determine delivery points according to the distance from each sales area outlet

we can automation by apps for Proof of Delivery for Pick up and Delivery process

**What do you dislike about MileApp?**

we not using automation routing because our courier have good experience in manual routing

**What problems is MileApp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

MileApp solving on our manual proof of pick up & delivery and we can do more faster process of delivery and avoid froud from our courier
