I appreciate that MightyCall is much more affordable, and it gives us the ability to run a contact center for dialing without the cost of a highly expensive platform. I like that it takes less than three minutes to build a campaign, and I find it very easy to import and export records from each campaign list. It's very user-friendly as well. Another feature I find valuable is the blended call environment, where agents using the outbound dialer to set appointments can also take inbound calls without interrupting the process. I like that with MightyCall, you can have different voicemail drops depending on if you're calling a new client or someone you've already spoken to. I like that you can use local presence to increase pick up rates and they allow you to use their ai voicemail creator. I also like having multiple options for where you'd like it to ring if you're not working from your computer, which means I no longer miss a call if the customer does connect (PC, direvt to app, direct to cell). Additionally, I appreciate that MightyCall is one of the only carriers that does not require a CRM, and the setup is pretty easy with step-by-step instructions. The biggest thing I wish MightyCall could improve is if it did an automatic voicemail drop for every call made without us having to physically be on the line. MightyCall helps me and my team access conversation history for confirming specific details without having to call individuals back for clarification. I've had an issue recently where the app doesn't show a prompt to answer incoming calls, so I don't get a chance to use the MightyCall features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about MightyCall? I don't like MightyCall and I'm porting out my number. The staff are horrible—they do not care about the customers at all. The app is also glitchy and the way the calls are organized is confusing. We often have poor service on calls as well. The most important issue is the staff. Looking at the reviews online, the owner just makes excuses, there is zero accountability or ownership for any issues. They just push blame, and that shows in how the staff interacts with the customers. I don't know that there was an onboarding process—they kind of just signed us up and said good luck. I feel strongly the culture at this company is not one of good customer service. I'm a very reasonable person—if people just feel like you care, they will be more understanding even if you cannot solve the issue. Just pretend to give a shit. I like the price point of MightyCall, which is much lower than most of their competitors, making it beyond fair. I also appreciate that I don't have to be in my office to utilize the system. It's mobile-friendly and allows me to work on the go, wherever I may be. This feature has greatly improved my ability to connect with clients, more than ever before. I wish the on-premise features worked a little bit more, such as just being able to transfer calls natively on my deskphone rather than having to use their system shortcuts. I like that MightyCall has a good interface and the call quality is good. It provides a free platform to send texts to customers, which is really helpful. What do you dislike about MightyCall? I would like to see how many minutes I spend on calls, both outbound and inbound. It would be great to have an email or ticketing system added, which could make it a very good CRM. Also, sometimes the app disconnects automatically when I switch tabs. The mobile app is a bit buggy; it shows texts from two clients in one contact. Also We got told in the start that texts are unlimited but in the month end they always ask us to buy more texts as the limit is exhausted so i did not like that part and i have to pay extra money every month.
