**What do you like best about Profile?**

The fact that it’s easy to create lists to produce mass mailers and you have a clear audit trail for each candidate

**What do you dislike about Profile?**

It’s extremely clunky and mass updates to candidates can take time.

The search function is clunky too, and doesn’t always throw up what you’re looking for.

**Recommendations to others considering Profile:**

Much more established than things like bullhorn but not up to date with latest tech

**What problems is Profile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recruitment for candidates/clients. It’s allowed us to be a lot more organised with our database

**What do you like best about Profile?**

Profile helps the user at managing all the different Clients and Candidates. You never loose track of anything and can access all the information you need.

**What do you dislike about Profile?**

In some cases, the program does seem a little old and not up to date. The creation of lists is not the fastest and searches are not the easiest.

**What problems is Profile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The basic benefits of a CRM are defenitely solved. I organise my activities and tasks with profile.
