It combines a realtime infinite canvas with purpose-built meeting facilitation tools, allowing Scrum Masters, agile coaches, engineering managers, and product teams to run structured agile ceremonies in a shared visual space. Over 125,000 agile teams have used Ludi to run their meetings and collaborative sessions since 2019. It is suited to distributed and hybrid teams who need to run agile ceremonies remotely with the same level of engagement and structure as in-person sessions. Clean, Easy UI with Great Templates and Lightning-Fast Support **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Patrick R. | Head of Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026 **What do you like best about Ludi?** The interface and UI is clean and easy to use - I'm a big fan of the fact that I can break up any perceived monotony of bi-weekly retrospectives by using different templates to approach a retrospective in a different format. Ludi's Customer Support is incredible - the 3 or 4 times I've had to contact support due to the ways I wanted to use the system I've had a response from one of the co-founders Jamie a lot faster than I'd expect. **What do you dislike about Ludi?** Although I love the number of templates, there's not really a good way to look at a retrospective template without creating a board and then having to delete it - so it makes it difficult to decide what I should use. **What problems is Ludi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ludi powers the whole retrospective process of The Skills Network technical teams, and has done for the past 18 months. Both technical teams do a retrospective every 2 weeks and it's a great way to get feedback on processes and what changes we want to make in an engaging format. ### 2. It took us some time to get the basics. **What problems is Ludi solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are doing sprint retrospectives with it. It does the job: post its, texts, putting your picture, etc... ### 3. Being able to see what others are doing/saying/commenting on in real time is priceless **What do you dislike about Ludi?** The grouping tool could be a bit more intuitive. It often tries to group things I don't want it to. **Recommendations to others considering Ludi:** Keep your board layout simple and just let your team fill it with their thoughts. The more structured you make your board, the less engagement you are likely to get. **What problems is Ludi solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since moving to remote work, group facilitiation, brainstorming and project planning has been a challenge. Metro Retro makes group work and brainstorming really easy.
