**What do you like best about Mercura CPQ?**

I really like the flexibility and composable architecture of Mercura CPQ. It allows us to adapt the solution to each customer's business processes rather than forcing customers to adapt to the software. With Mercura CPQ, we can configure the platform to fit unique requirements without extensive custom development or workarounds. The documentation and video guides are great, and the core platform and development environment are user-friendly. Also, their support is very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Mercura CPQ?**

Availability of more out-of-the-box templates and industry-specific accelerators. Customers with simpler requirements may benefit from more additional preconfigured templates to shorten implementation even further.

**What problems is Mercura CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mercura CPQ streamlines sales for configurable products, reducing errors and response times by replacing spreadsheets and manual processes. Its flexibility and composable architecture fit diverse customer needs without extensive development, reusing logic across channels and integrating with ERP/CRM systems.

Mercura has a very intuitive and versatile rule engine
The Mercura software can be used by both internal users and external partners and customers
It is fairly priced towards the SME segment, and you only pay for the necessary number of users

**What do you dislike about Mercura CPQ?**

It will requite consultants help to integrate into ERP

**What problems is Mercura CPQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows product configuration rules to guide sales and customers to make allowed and logical product selection
It does not require intensive training
It calculates prices and presents very nice customized quotes
