We used Melonleaf for setting up and optimize our Salesforce Org and also design and implement email campaigns and strategy using Pardot Marketing Cloud. Melonleaf team did the fantastic job in delivering our phase 1 in just 2 months and system is running really smooth to manage our customers, leads and campaigns. Our industry is complex, but if I had to mention one thing, I'd say some products could have a tad more oversight by upper management before requesting a review by our internal staff. It's best to have an internal project manager, which makes perfect sense for any large scale project anyways, but having one will completely streamline everything. Their approach to solving our requirements was very unique. In a market where people try to sell you a service, they approached us to partner in enhancing our experience of the platform. This enabled us to achieve very unique KPI reports and dashboards that are specifically aligned to our way of operations, all while not putting a huge load on our budgets. They explained multiple options, the pros and cons of each and the cost of each. The transparency they displayed gave a feel that they were a part of our orgnaization and not a consultant. This team, from our experience, behaves as a true partner with you, and not a consultant. You can explain your requirement in full transparency and they work along with you, advising, recommending, suggesting, and sharing as much information as possible to help us make a very informed and educated decision on how to make changes, tweaks, upgrades and enhancements on the CRM. Their knowledge of the domain is extremely superior to a lot of people we had evaluated and their approach and dedication to deliver results in a timely manner is beyond commendable. What problems is Melonleaf Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our CRM was very off the shelf, and was creating difficulty in tracking and reporting our day to day activities. As a player in the cybersecurity domain, our way of operations are slightly unique to the normal players in the same domain. This created some issues with our CRM as we were not able to capture and report on key performance indicators for our users. Melonleaf team came in to solve this problem, and today they are actively working with us to ensure we are able to achieve our key objectives while having a very custom CRM that aligns with our way of operations. Melonleaf is a decent-sized company, there is always someone to help when someone is on PTO, holiday, etc. or one employee is stuck on a problem.

Overseas. Sometimes scheduling can be hard. They are always available until at least 10 AM sometimes later. I have had meetings as late as 2 PM with them. They make the effort to be available but I often feel bad keeping other up until 2 AM.
