They are extremely organized and will ensure a discovery meeting is set, but only when needed. They always deliver each project on time. In fact, they are usually a few days early in their estimates. **What do you dislike about Melonleaf Consulting?** Our industry is complex, but if I had to mention one thing, I'd say some products could have a tad more oversight by upper management before requesting a review by our internal staff. It's not a big deal at all, and was only on a few projects, but it would make things even better than it already is. **Recommendations to others considering Melonleaf Consulting:** It's best to have an internal project manager, which makes perfect sense for any large scale project anyways, but having one will completely streamline everything. What's fantastic is once they get it, there is hardly any rework or wasted time back and forth. In a market where people try to sell you a service, they approached us to partner in enhancing our experience of the platform. This enabled us to achieve very unique KPI reports and dashboards that are specifically aligned to our way of operations, all while not putting a huge load on our budgets. They explained multiple options, the pros and cons of each and the cost of each. They have put a check mark in everything I could possible expect and have gone beyond. The team is always reachable. they are always supporting. and if there is something that i need done quickly, their turn around time is close to instant. **Recommendations to others considering Melonleaf Consulting:** This team, from our experience, behaves as a true partner with you, and not a consultant. You can explain your requirement in full transparency and they work along with you, advising, recommending, suggesting, and sharing as much information as possible to help us make a very informed and educated decision on how to make changes, tweaks, upgrades and enhancements on the CRM. Their knowledge of the domain is extremely superior to a lot of people we had evaluated and their approach and dedication to deliver results in a timely manner is beyond commendable. **What problems is Melonleaf Consulting solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our CRM was very off the shelf, and was creating difficulty in tracking and reporting our day to day activities. As a player in the cybersecurity domain, our way of operations are slightly unique to the normal players in the same domain. This created some issues with our CRM as we were not able to capture and report on key performance indicators for our users. Melonleaf team came in to solve this problem, and today they are actively working with us to ensure we are able to achieve our key objectives while having a very custom CRM that aligns with our way of operations. ### 8. Very good rates. **What do you dislike about Melonleaf Consulting?** Overseas. Sometimes scheduling can be hard. They are always available until at least 10 AM sometimes later. I have had meetings as late as 2 PM with them. They make the effort to be available but I often feel bad keeping other up until 2 AM.
