In my experience, I have not encountered any problems while using Mekari Expense so far. As a growing organization, our financial challenge isn’t just tracking spending but mainly in achieving necessary operational speed while maintaining control, especially before a large-scale corporate credit card solution can be fully implemented. While the Virtual Cards are instant, the one notable friction point has been the initial setup and activation of the physical Mekari Limitless Card. This process currently involves a third-party bank partner, which introduces administrative steps and delays that contrast sharply with the platform's otherwise streamlined digital experience. However, it is important to note that when we encountered issues during the "Processing & Handling" phase, the Mekari Expense support team was very fast and solutive, often helping us fast-track the process and mitigating the delay caused by the third-party involvement. Mekari Expense software is simple and easy for everyone to use. We can take a picture of our receipts and submit our claims through the mobile application. Whenever we submit an expense reimbursement request, Our finance team responds quickly and efficiently go through the approval evaluation process. We can also customize our policy & workflow to make the reimbursement process much more automated and auto-reject false claims. Customer support is responsive & helpful when dealing with issues. This application has a business expenses feature. As a field officer, I greatly benefit from this feature, especially with the expense progress tracker, which allows me to monitor how far along the reimbursement process is until it is completed. In addition, the leave-request feature is quite simple and makes it easy to see who has already taken leave on certain dates, which helps me determine the best time to take my own leave. Really love Mekari Expense! It really helps a lot with finance and accounting records. When users claim cash advances or reimbursements, it automatically integrates with the Jurnal system being used. I really like Mekari Expense because of its simple interface that is easy to understand for everyone, including various age groups. The process of requesting business trips and reimbursements becomes simpler, because when a request is submitted, it only needs to be reviewed by the PIC and can be approved immediately without having to fill out complicated forms. From all the features Mekari Expense offers, my Company mainly uses claims, trips, and purchases features. These are super helpful for managing reimbursements, cash advances, and vendor payments. I wouldn’t say it’s a “dislike,” but I do have some suggestions so Mekari Expense can better fit users’ needs. For example, in the claims menu, it would be great to have a customizable payment cut-off setting. In the purchases menu, it would be better if admin and user roles were more distinct, so features like vendor & warehouse purchases could be limited to admins only.
