## About Meetingmax
Meetingmax’s room block management software simplifies the hotel booking process for event attendees and helps to maximize contracted hotel room blocks. In the early 2000's Meetingmax was a full-scale event production company. We built our proprietary event housing software to manage the hotel bookings for our client's events. Soon afterward, our clients and tourism bureaus asked if they could license the software and a new business venture was born. We pivoted and became a software-focused company, licensing our hotel reservation management tool to meeting planners, event holders, and convention & visitor bureaus. We've worked with clients of all sizes from large conferences like Oracle OpenWorld to local youth sports tournaments, helping them achieve success in housing.

The support from the Meetingmax team is unparalleled. They were attentive to our needs and very responsive.

**What do you dislike about Meetingmax?**

The out-of-the-box functionality didn't fully cover our business needs, but the team worked with us to find solutions.

**Recommendations to others considering Meetingmax:**

The Meetingmax staff is very supportive and accessible.  I attended the annual user's conference, The Unconvention, for several years and walked away with tangible, valuable insights. I highly recommend Meetingmax.

**What problems is Meetingmax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our goal was to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. We were pleasantly surprised when what took hours to complete became a matter of minutes. There's a lot of initial setup, which can be time-consuming, but we only had to do it once.
