Meetingmax’s room block management software simplifies the hotel booking process for event attendees and helps to maximize contracted hotel room blocks. In the early 2000's Meetingmax was a full-scale event production company. We built our proprietary event housing software to manage the hotel bookings for our client's events. Soon afterward, our clients and tourism bureaus asked if they could license the software and a new business venture was born. We pivoted and became a software-focused company, licensing our hotel reservation management tool to meeting planners, event holders, and convention & visitor bureaus. We've worked with clients of all sizes from large conferences like Oracle OpenWorld to local youth sports tournaments, helping them achieve success in housing.
