The fact that it automates the process of recoding and writing the minutes of meeting which infact precisely summerises most important parts of my work. It reduces my everyday hasel to setup an agenda and the customer support is quick and easy, just add the application to the workspace account or in the meet and it takes care of everything else. What I liked most about this software was the Work Area section. I like it because I can assign tasks to a team of people and send them to them by email, they do not need to be users of the software. I can also tag the activities, so I can easily search for them. As the tasks are done, they are marked as done and I can add a final note. It is very easy to create labels. The user interface is simple, it's easy to identify the steps needed to register a meeting. I really like that I can add tags, it's an excellent way to locate the activity later when there are many tasks registered. I can also add the participants' email addresses and MeetingKing sends them a notification by email, without the need for them to be registered. I also like that it provides the possibility to assign tasks to a group of people, which is very useful when you lead a work team and want to ensure that everyone knows and understands what they need to do and make sure they fulfill it. Another thing I really liked is the way it generates meeting minutes: it organizes the notes you take during the meeting and sends them in a formal format to the participants.
