**What do you like best about Meetily?**

The local processing approach means my meeting recordings never leave my computer. As someone who handles confidential client calls, this was the deciding factor. No meeting bot joining my calls . It captures system audio directly, so participants don't see an extra attendee, which also handles the meeting tool integration effectively. The transcription quality is solid, and I can review everything offline. The tool is easy to use and the deployment in our environment was easy. The support team is very reactive and the tool itself is running well for my daily meeting note taking use case.

**What do you dislike about Meetily?**

Since everything runs locally, transcription speed depends on your hardware. On older machines it can take longer than cloud-based alternatives. The Pro features require a separate license purchase. Would like to see more integrations with project management tools in the future.

**What problems is Meetily solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed meeting transcription for client consultations but couldn't use cloud-based tools due to confidentiality requirements. Meetily lets me capture and transcribe meetings without sending audio to external servers. I use it 3-4 times per week for calls. The automated summaries save me about 20 minutes of note-taking per meeting. Setup was straightforward - installed the app and it worked with my existing Zoom/Teams workflow without configuration.
