The local processing approach means my meeting recordings never leave my computer. As someone who handles confidential client calls, this was the deciding factor. No meeting bot joining my calls . It captures system audio directly, so participants don't see an extra attendee, which also handles the meeting tool integration effectively. The transcription quality is solid, and I can review everything offline. The tool is easy to use and the deployment in our environment was easy. Since everything runs locally, transcription speed depends on your hardware. On older machines it can take longer than cloud-based alternatives. The Pro features require a separate license purchase.
