Ventla is user-friendly, both from the side of the admin (me) to the user (our attendees), making it a great onsite experience and tool. It has saved us from printing and reprinting so many documents onsite because our attendees have all of the key information they need, right at their fingertips and no longer have to fumble around with folders/paperwork. As a planner, this app allows us to make updates to the agenda and room locations and notify attendees in real-time, as well as easily send out polling questions to enhance participation and ensure that the audience is consuming the information. For Pharma, it is a great tool to document their level of understanding in the subject matter. My favorite feature, in onsite meeting use, is the push notifications, reminding attendees that a meeting is going to start, the break is almost over, ground transportation is departing - the possibilities are endless! For us, one of the biggest downfalls to Ventla is the Q&A interface, when you are trying to moderate a session, but we have spoken to the team about this and hoping this feature is going to be upgraded in the near future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
