## About MediMobile Messaging
MediMobile Messaging software follows the e-PHI (electronic patient health information) security standards. Our data which is at rest is encrypted and our data which is in motion is communicated securely over TLS (transport layer security). MediMobile's datacenter adheres to SOC 2 Type II compliance and is examined and HITRUST certified. We have a 3rd party security firm auditing for HIPAA compliance. We require a BAA (business associate agreement).

**What do you like best about MediMobile Messaging?**

It is of more importance since one message is sent to many people at once.Also customers can text their views to the staffs. I also like that it send customers the time and location of their appointments,

the software is effective and of more benefits because it has made life easy. no dislike at the moment.

medimobile messaging software  minimized the problems of communication within the company and with customers. The software has greatly minimized the the cost of calling every time.

**What problems is MediMobile Messaging solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medimobile messaging brought the communication with customers so easy and effective . It has helped cut down on miscommunication in regards to appointment time and location.
 calling frequently has been reduced at  and also the time wasting has been cut off because many people are texted at ago.The expenses of calling is minimized.
