My favorite thing about Virtru Email Encryption is how easy it is to use, really, that's the best part. It was very easy to set up, just like adding an extension to my browser, which was great. I also appreciate that it ensures only the people we send an encrypted email to can access it; it's nice versus the other solutions where forwarded messages could be accessed by anyone. Virtru has always helped us as a practice keep our patient's records safe and secure. As we send over any records, the detailed instructions given to patients to access there records help them feel at ease anytime we send anything over email. I love the confidentiality Virtru provides. I am a SpEd Secretary and constantly need to communicate confidential material to other teachers, school district employees, and parents. Virtru can be trusted and it is very easy to install and use with confidence. It's a great service to use when it comes to safeguarding students sensitive data. I feel good that there is a system I can trust and is easy to use to share this data. I hate to think about being the reason sensitive data getting into the wrong hands. The thing I dislike about Virtru is getting pushback from teachers that opening a Virtru encrypted email is difficult. In the majority of these situations teachers have not taken the 5 minutes to learn the system. It literally takes only a few minutes to learn Virtru and only a few extra seconds to open a secure email.
