**What do you like best about MediaWiki?**

The feature that I enjoyed is that when a template was created and utilized, it simplified having each client information be uniform. I also enjoyed the cost as it was free to use. Support was available from the cummunitly. The speed of pages loading was very good.

**What do you dislike about MediaWiki?**

There is a list of items. Very few integratons worked with it. Upgrading was a complete nightmare. The UI looked old and outdated.

**What problems is MediaWiki solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used it solely for documention and KB article purposes. It allowed the team to have a single point of truth for passwords and general info.
