**What do you like best about Med-X?**

The clarity and simplicity of this program is a joy to use.  Employees can be easily trained in the use of this program and cross referencing within it is superb.

**What do you dislike about Med-X?**

It can be a bit costly and there are a lot of different components to it that can make one's job a little confusing especially in a lower level position. It works excellently for upper level positions.

**What problems is Med-X solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This program was excellent in organizing and coordinating our offices and medical statistics and needs and time schedule not to mention billing and check in. Very organized program.
