  ### 1. Qualitative research on a quantitative scale

**What do you like best about Meaningful?**

This tool allows me to get quality insights quickly. I use it for almost all new business pitches when I need to deliver results in a few days. They have synchronization with several panel providers, which allows us to recruit people from B2B and B2C, from different geographies. And it's more cost-effective than recruiting them directly through providers. This allows me to save time, money, and also get unbiased analytics. 

I really love the conversation function, where I can ask the AI questions based on the data obtained. This literally allows me to build a narrative for the presentation. I also like that they constantly add new features, for example, they recently introduced segmentation of people who completed the interviews, and I can learn more about different segments.

Besides new business, I use this tool for existing clients to uncover insights, test hypotheses, ad campaign creatives, and messaging. The best part about this tool is its wide range of use cases, which is why I use it in nearly every project.

**What do you dislike about Meaningful?**

I love everything about this product and recommend it to everyone. The only thing is that they just launched, so they are constantly refining the product. So if I’m missing a feature or encounter challenges during a project launch, I simply reach out to them, and they resolve it within hours. I’m very grateful to the whole team for such quick interaction and attention to our requests and needs.

**What problems is Meaningful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The platform solves the problem of obtaining qualitative research results when you're working under time constraints or want to test/identify insights on a larger scale.  

I've used it for various purposes with excellent results. For instance, I tested different positioning statements, evaluated an advertising campaign (including both video and static images), and uncovered insights for an upcoming RFP. Across these diverse use cases, the platform performed really well.

**What do you like best about Meaningful?**

I've been lucky enough to be trialing Meaningful for a couple of weeks now and I'm so excited about my organization's plans to purchase a subscription.  Having this platform at my fingertips will not only help me be more efficient as a researcher, but is going to make our organizationation and our clients so much smarter about our customers/audiences.  It's clear that this tool was made by researchers for researchers - it's not only intuitive and easy to use, but nearly all of the features and functionality that I'd put on a 'wish list' are either already there or are in the works.  The team over at Meaningful has been so interested in hearing how I'll be leveraging the platform, what my key needs are, and what I'll need down the road.  They are super responsive, and happen to be great people who just "get it".  In essence, they've taken very timely and costly research processes and have democratized them.  No longer am I going to get pushback from clients on not having the time or budget to conduct research - reaching their audiences for qualitative insight at quantitiative scale has been made easy and cost effective.  This will be a go-to resource in my research toolkit from now on -- something I log into regularly to field research on behalf of my clients and to help us garner insight to infiltrate into pitches and agency thought leadership.  And best of all, Meaningful makes it seamless to onboard and implement the platform - upholding the highest degree of respondent and data privacy and security.

**What do you dislike about Meaningful?**

There is absolutely nothing I dislike about Meaningful.  Note that they are a startup and their team consists of only a handful of super savvy individuals.  While slim at the moment, I expect they will experience massive growth once the secret is out.  Do know that in the meantime, they are all ears and are very responsive.

**What problems is Meaningful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They take away the cost and time barriers of conducting research qualitative research at quantitiative reach.  And segmentation?  I can now do a qualitative segmentation in days instead of months!

It's useful to gather fast feedback! I conducted a test and users received the tool quite well. They expressed their actual concerns, and the analysis returned almost in real time.

Some quantitative data would be interesting. It is important that you understand how they are calculated.

**What problems is Meaningful solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast, real, and low-cost qualitative feedback. It reduces the time my team and I invest in gathering feedback from customers during pilot projects.
