Book appointments, easily stay in touch with clients, use paperless records, and use the integrated cashout register to assist clients. Then use the reporting tools, Quickbooks integration and payroll functions to easily monitor your business.

**What do you like best about MDWare?**

Great for scheduling. Very easy to use software that incorporates patient information and makes it easier to run a medical business. In our case we ran a Medspa (botox, Juvederm injections, lasers). We used it for an doctor's office and it really helped us tremendously. Also, it incorporates marketing which made it very helpful.

**What do you dislike about MDWare?**

There wasn't much to dislike, however I would say if the software was a little more advanced looking it would look more presentable to users. 

**Recommendations to others considering MDWare:**

I would strong consider using MDware if you have a medical office. Not only is it user friendly, but it is also fairly low cost to implement. Employees will have an easy time using the software and it will make operations run smoothly. I think it is one of the best softwares on the market and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a software for their company. It offers automated marketing, electronic medical records as well as the ability to store pictures. In addition, the customer support is phenomenal.

**What problems is MDWare solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits include increased marketing goals which means higher revenue. Also the scheduling helps organize information and keeps the office running smoothly.
