Kantata Professional Services Automation (formerly Mavenlink+ Kimble) Pricing Overview

Kantata Professional Services Cloud provides various products that are very effective, helpful and easy to use. I am able to manage the time sheets, expense claims, profile management with the help of Kantata services. Better implementation than the previous products used. I frequently use these services to enhance the productivity. It offers quick and effective custiomer support. Multiple services are easily integrated at one platform. Nothing much to dislike, I am currently happy with the products. The maintainance phase needs to be less in which Kantata is upgraded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kantata provides an immense amount of data capability that we did not have before. The Salesforce platform is extremely powerful, especially in terms of reporting and dashboards, and Kantata takes advantage of this to provide significant reporting capabilities and powerful dashboards (though the learning curve is steep).

The real-time data capability is also key to our business - being able to see project profitability, at many levels, is critical - being able to see resource usage, both actual and forecast, as well as resource demand, is also key to forecasting staffing needs and optimizing our bench. The learning curve to manipulate and optimize the data takes time, especially for advanced reporting. The UI needs work as it uses the Salesforce Classic pages for much of the experience. Some functionality and new features are locked down and require Kantata Services to implement at an additional cost. Overall performance (page loads) could be much better.
