I tend to stay focused on infrastructure, so I donā€™t spend a lot of time in conversations, but now thereā€™s a consistent thread of acknowledgment running through the team that Iā€™m part of, even if Iā€™m not always in the middle of the dialogue. The platform is simple to use and has increased the recognition that I give colleagues. That's the main reason I actually use it. Matter has given people a way to give recignition thatā€™s easy and effective. The coin system resets every week, which is a great option. The rewards have great selections too. All in all itā€™s a great rewards and recognition system! **What do you dislike about Matter?** No complaints here. All of the tools work great together for me. **What problems is Matter solving and how is that benefiting you?** When someone sends kudos, it shows they're paying attention to what we do. That's made budget conversations easier because leadership sees the impact. Our team also gives each other more credit for handling on-call and dealing with outages, which didn't happen much before.
