What I like best about Matter is how effortless and authentic recognition feels. It’s simple enough that people actually use it, but thoughtful enough that recognition feels meaningful rather than performative. The Slack/Teams integration keeps appreciation in the natural flow of work, which drives consistent participation, and the value-based prompts subtly reinforce the behaviours you want more of. It strikes a rare balance between great UX, genuine culture impact, and minimal admin overhead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, there’s very little to dislike. If anything, some teams may want deeper customization, but Matter is clearly evolving in that direction and already delivers far more value than the effort required to maintain it. Any gaps feel minor compared to the overall impact and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
