**What do you like best about Matrix Velocity?**

The app was is designed for businesses in the SME segment. It has rich feature sets in orders, fulfillment, inventory management, Serialized Tracking, Lot tracking and Purchasing. I like Matrix velocity because it is truly symphonic between all business processes under one single comprehensive solution

**What do you dislike about Matrix Velocity?**

It's quite a complex software, the complexity gives it a steep learning curve for a user, hence proficiency requires a lot of use time

**What problems is Matrix Velocity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using it as an ERP management software application for our mission critical business lines
