Match My Email intelligently syncs email and calendar with Salesforce records. The best email integration alternative to Einstein Activity Capture. Match My Email allows you to sync your emails and calendars automatically from Office 365 or Gmail with Salesforce. Unlike Einstein Activity Capture, all data is stored in Salesforce with the rest of your Salesforce record data. Match My Email stores email data permanently, logs your emails automatically and reports on data accurately. Putting you back in control of your data. Permanent Data Storage For many organizations, Salesforce records need to be accurate for more than 6 months. With Einstein Activity Capture, email data in Salesforce is not stored permanently and will be deleted within a window of 6-24 months, depending on your Salesforce license type. If you work in an industry where accurate records are needed to do business, you should consider this when assessing Einstein Activity Capture. Powerful Native Salesforce Reporting Einstein Activity Capture pushes Salesforce admins to report with a tool called Activity 360. I like that I can quickly create a contact "on-the-fly" for emails that don't yet have a match.

The limited time frame (45 days) that Match My Email tracks my mail.  I sometimes don't get this task quick enough.
