What do you like best about Marvia?

The Marvia tool (the brand portal) ensures that we can create unity in local marketing expressions. Branches have the ability to easily and quickly create their own advertisements, posters, flyers, and social media expressions, among other things. This not only saves a lot of time, but we also know for sure that the expressions are fully in line with our corporate identity. What do you dislike about Marvia?

Implementing new templates and functionalities does not always go very quickly. Additionally, we sometimes experience small bugs in the software. Fortunately, the team at Marvia is willing to look into it to ensure that problems are resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Marvia solving and how is that benefiting you?

With many branches spread across the entire country, monitoring the piece of local marketing was sometimes difficult. Therefore, we were looking for a tool in which branches could work on their local marketing in a user-friendly and efficient way. For this, we were at the right place with Marvia. What do you like best about Marvia?

The idea and the concept of the product are pragmatic and insanely time-saving. But the implementation is not perfect. The communication and service are excellent. Very friendly, competent and solution-oriented. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The whole product still feels too rigid for me. I have worked on very flexible templates and I have to say that from the design to the finished template there is too much work on both sides. Also the way of programming always raises questions for me and I don't understand why some "simple" things are not possible or can't be made possible in the future. What do you like best about Marvia?

Marvia is a very pleasant partner to work with. Unlike companies that are selling features Marvia works with the customer on the process and the best ways support and facilitate is. Having the customer’s process as the leading factor means that the system must have flexibility to adjust, which is definitely the case with Marvia. In addition to that you get as a customer a professional consultant that guides the implementation from the design phase throughout the implementation, testing, acceptance and release.
