
E-Commerce is the wild west, and having Marqvision's services really helps us maintain our brand's presence online. With more and more marketplaces available to customers (Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok Shop, Temu, etc) - the landscape of potential risks continues to increase. I really like Marqvision's simple approach - their system identifies infringements of your name, images, or other branded content, and then it gives you the ability to enforce or dismiss anything you'd like. We've taken advantage of manual review, as well as automated removals of known bad actors.
Integration was simple, they automatically pulled approved content from our own website as well as our Amazon listings. Everything is available on a very simple dashboard, so when it comes time to use the platform, it's quick and easy for the user.
And finally, the customer service team is top notch. We work with Angela, who has been excellent for our entire time together. Their team truly understands how e-commerce business work, and how customers think. It's refreshing to be able to talk to an account rep that has put in the effort to understanding how your business operates. I was even able to introduce a brand new type of reporting to our rep, who eventually passed it to her team, and then they launched it as a brand new feature! Marqvision's primary challenge is detection and enforcement, and because the marketplaces and landscapes change so frequently, they sometimes have trouble catching infringements on new marketplaces. For example, when TikTok Shop first launched, Marqvision was unable to detect listings until a month or so later, when they had figured out their search algorithm.
