  ### 1. Essential Daily Tool with Outstanding Support

**What do you like best about Markate?**

We use Markate every single day! Markate allows us to send a message to the clients letting them know we are on the way. We love to be able to see when they view or accept an estimate as well. The customer support always get back to us.

**What do you dislike about Markate?**

There are definitely some bugs that need to be worked out and we are all learning together. One thing is, connecting to QuickBooks - we did that one time and it doubled all of our invoices and clients, so now we have to keep them separate. Also, sometimes we have issues with invoices once sent, if they are changed. BUT for the most part - Markate always figures out any issues we have and works hard to correct them.

**What problems is Markate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Markate helps us stay organized and our team knowing where they are going and the clients know when to expect us by the touch of a button we can say we arriving. I do like that I can also track everyone's hours and know how much time was spent on a job!

Makate is very easy to use this is what I like most about the software.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about this software.

Markate makes it easy for me to stay on schedule, and manage client relationships.

**What do you like best about Markate?**

It allows me to keep track of all our appointments, send reminder emails and texts, and keep track of invoices and payments.

**What do you dislike about Markate?**

It is a newer program, so there have been some kinks to work out. They usually work with me and make new things happen if needed.

**Recommendations to others considering Markate:**

They are fantastic to work with. When I needed something added or changed, they worked on it quickly and have helped with everything I've reasonably asked for.

**What problems is Markate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have been able to plan and schedule better. Its made it easy to keep track of payments, send invoices, and have all of my customers information in one place.
