What problems is ManyPixels solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a Fractional CMO I need to be able to offer graphic design services to clients who are looking to me to fulfill all of their marketing needs at a fraction of the price. ManyPixels lets me create unlimited assets, from videos to brochures to social posts and website graphics. I can also create different brands so it's easy for my designers to know the style to use. What do you like best about ManyPixels?

My assigned project manager and designer are very easy to contact and communicate with in real time (using slack). The briefing process is smooth and it's easy to upload assets and templates or starter files for them to start projects. After working through a handful of projects, my designated designer has begun to pick up on the nuances of our brand and understands what our styles are and how to employ them in designs. What do you dislike about ManyPixels?

There isn't much that I do not like since I didn't have very high expectations beyond production work. I didn't expect my designer to work on conceptual projects, so this has been a good resource for the more literal design tasks we've asked them to do. While not something we've asked them to do, the more conceptual asks within our production tasks, do seem to be a little outside of their design skillsets and have needed revisions. But the revisions are fast and communication is easy so it's not as much of a problem for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ManyPixels:

If you're looking for overflow production work support, ManyPixels is a great option. Their subscription process and getting started quickly was a breeze. I would suggest investing a lot of time into your briefing process and standards for passing off assets and direction. I use chat gpt to expand on the creative briefs I write out and that has worked well to more fully define the project and quickly expand direction from a relatively small amount of initial direction. Chat GPT also has allowed me to keep using the same brief structure so my designer knows what to expect and where information about the project will be. This relationship will work well for you with a little bit of legwork to get the standards and briefing system up and running so it's more automated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ManyPixels solving and how is that benefiting you?

ManyPixels has acted as a production resource within the small in-house creative team I lead for a CPG brand. Our goal with this subscription was to allow me and my team the time away from production work to focus on more conceptual forward thinking projects. MP has been efficient and with the right amount of information and resources/assets, they can be quite nimble in cranking out design work. The primary projects we've had MP work on are product sell sheets, photo clipping and color correction for PDPs, branded social media graphics (posts and stories), product render mockups, and catalog design revisions.
