Honestly I wouldn't change much at all! If I had to pick something, I would say it might beneficial to have occasional touchpoints, such as calls with the designers, to provide specific feedback and discuss projects in detail. Some people may find having different designers working on their account a downside, but I don't think it impacts the quality of work - if anything, it allows the best designer to be allocated to the specific job, for example some designers are better at web design, and others are better at print design like brochures etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My assigned project manager and designer are very easy to contact and communicate with in real time (using slack). The briefing process is smooth and it's easy to upload assets and templates or starter files for them to start projects. After working through a handful of projects, my designated designer has begun to pick up on the nuances of our brand and understands what our styles are and how to employ them in designs. There isn't much that I do not like since I didn't have very high expectations beyond production work. I didn't expect my designer to work on conceptual projects, so this has been a good resource for the more literal design tasks we've asked them to do. While not something we've asked them to do, the more conceptual asks within our production tasks, do seem to be a little outside of their design skillsets and have needed revisions. The ability to push the work back for another round and each time as we give more specific feedback and references, the work gets better and better. The team says MP will deliver the work in multiple formats-- very helpful for us to retain Adobe copies on file, and the client to often have a workable Canva version for example.
