**Describe the project or task Manras helped with:**

Manras Technologies have been helping us build out automation across our opportunity lifecycle, sales & engineering processes, as well as our invoicing and accounts receivable collection. As we get things taken care of, some other evolutions occur at the same time. we go through and set up additional projects for the same.

In the beginning, because we were so far behind our original timeline for getting off of Manras, they provided us with three shifts of development. They were able to offset our delivery times with full 24-hour development. We probably won't work as heavy as we did at the start, but we’re still going through various levels of evolution for knocking out as much automation as possible so we don't have to hire back-office support and we can stay incline with Tier 3 consultants and engineers.

**What do you like best about Manras?**

Most companies can't offer those three tiers of development and work that many hours in a single 24-hour day and they overcome that with their expert team. Also, having MVP-level Salesforce team members is the biggest difference between them and a lot of other companies out there.

**What do you dislike about Manras?**

Well, there is no perspective that we hate about this company or disliked till now!

**Recommendations to others considering Manras:**

They’re very nice and accommodating, but like with any developer or development organization, their timelines, and deliverable cycle are very much competent.

**What problems is Manras solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We came to see that our previous vendor was using offshore developers that weren’t associated with Salesforce, which explained many of the issues they’d had with understanding and migrating our information into Salesforce. We began looking around and talking to other consultants that were recommended highly in this niche and they all pointed us to Manras. We reached out to them directly and set up a partnership while flipping our professional services automation tool to salesforce.
