Having used the platform extensively, this reviewer highlights that it provides excellent visibility for accurate contractor payments and automates the payment process. The only limitation noted was a previous challenge with training, which has since improved with the introduction of Track University.

The most remarkable things about the TRACK Platform are the integrations with your business applications, such as GSAP and security access programs, as well as the ability to extract data reports to analyze labor hours, billing costs, and rates to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms. What do you dislike about TRACK Platform?

Although TRACK has many tools and features, the needs of customer vary from business to business, and customized enhancements are often needed to maximize the use of the platform. These have to be evaluated, as not all enhancement requests may be feasible or possible, and they are sometimes not able to be quickly implemented due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests being considered.
