What do you like best about TRACK Platform?

Track provides visibility to ensure we are paying contractors accurately and according to contract terms. Interfaces with our ERP systems automates the payment process to ensure we pay our contractors timely. In my opinion, making it a win for our organization as well as our contractors.

Track University is an added bonus in that all users have access to learn. It's a great training tool!

What do you dislike about TRACK Platform?

I'm hard pressed to find anything I dislike about Track! Training was once a challenge but when Track University was introduced it provided extra training materials and videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TRACK Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Track helps us ensure we are paying contractors according to the contract terms. In the past invoices, with pages and pages of back up, would arrive 30 days or more after the work was finished. Invoice approvers struggled to understand what they were paying. With Track there is daily visibility. Also, the data can help make better decisions for future contracts. What do you like best about TRACK Platform?

The most remarkable things about the TRACK Platform are the integrations with your business applications, such as GSAP and security access programs, as well as the ability to extract data reports to analyze labor hours, billing costs, and rates to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms. What do you dislike about TRACK Platform?

Although TRACK has many tools and features, the needs of customer vary from business to business, and customized enhancements are often needed to maximize the use of the platform. These have to be evaluated, as not all enhancement requests may be feasible or possible, and they are sometimes not able to be quickly implemented due to the complexity of the request or the number of requests being considered. What problems is TRACK Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

The Track Platform allows contract labor, equipment, and material rates to be uploaded to reduce overbilling and ensure greater cost control. It also helps ensure that labor hours being billed are accurate by interfacing with the business security access control system, ensuring greater adherence to work schedules, and reducing overbilling for hours not actually spent onsite. The ability to extract data reports also helps the business to manage costs, ensure timely billing, payments, and accountability, and analyze so many other aspects of the business, such as overtime spend, headcount, rate comparison across contractors, to name a few. It is truly a remarkable platform that enables detailed visiblility and cost control in a way that is not possible with contractor lump sum invoicing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
