"Impressive Features and Fast, Clear Support Resolutions"
4/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Most of the features available in ManageEngine are truly impressive because of their uniqueness and performance. Especially when we raise a support case, the team provides a clear resolution and explains the root cause of the issue within a day, which is very helpful. Features like remote control, BitLocker management, and inventory management are extremely useful and have significantly reduced and saved a lot of my time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

When trying to connect remotely through ManageEngine Endpoint Central, sometimes the remote session does not connect and it keeps showing “Sending request to agent.” However, if I cancel the session and try again immediately, it connects successfully. I face this issue around 2 to 3 times a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Phenomenal Automated Patch Management That Keeps Endpoints Secure"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

"The automated patch management feature is phenomenal. It takes the heavy lifting out of keeping Windows, Mac, Linux, and third-party applications up to date. The automation policies ensure our endpoints are secure without requiring constant manual intervention from our IT staff." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

"Because the platform is so incredibly feature-rich, the user interface can often feel cluttered and overwhelming. The learning curve is quite steep for new administrators, and it takes a significant amount of training to figure out where some of the more advanced settings and configurations are buried." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Manage Engine Endpoint Central: Feature-Rich Endpoint Management Made Easy"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Manage Engine Endpoint Central is one of the best tools for managing end-user systems. It includes multiple features that help me manage the entire asset base in my organization. For example, if any user is facing an issue, I can access their system remotely and resolve it. It also supports disk encryption using BitLocker, patch updates, and software deployment. That's why i like the end point Central. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Patch pushing isn’t working properly. Sometimes it takes a huge amount of time to apply. The remote option also doesn’t work at times: it shows "request send to agent," but nothing happens. If I click cancel and then try again, it works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient and Reliable Endpoint Management Made Simple"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

What I like most is that it makes my work easier. I can manage all the computers from one place instead of doing things one by one. Patching, monitoring, and deploying software is much faster and more convenient. It really helps save time and reduces manual effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I don’t like is that sometimes patch deployment can fail with unclear errors, which makes troubleshooting a bit time-consuming. There are also cases where the status in the console is not updated immediately, so it’s hard to know if everything is completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ManageEngine Endpoint Central: Remote Endpoint Management Made Simple"

What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The best part of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the ability to manage and support endpoints remotely from a single platform. Features like remote troubleshooting, automated patch management, software deployment, and inventory tracking save significant time and help maintain device compliance across the organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

My main concern is that the user interface has a learning curve, and some administrative tasks could be streamlined to improve efficiency and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Software Deployment, Robust Patch Management"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

I really appreciate the vulnerability management features, especially how it pushes Windows and third-party patches all the time. ManageEngine Endpoint Central gives us a good way to control everything with timing and scheduling for patch management, which is great. I also value the asset management and inventory control features because they reduce managerial work. Overall, it's been working well from the beginning without any major setup issues, thanks to the team's efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Most of the things are okay, but we need to work on Mobile Device Management (MDM). The Android system is difficult, especially regarding certificates. We're also limited by the license, which is a main issue. And, I'm facing integration issues with CrowdStrike, which would provide more feasibility for our security. "High-ROI Endpoint Management with a Centralized Console and AI Automation"
4/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

1. UI / UX

Rating: (Good, not best-in-class)

The single, centralized console makes it easier to manage all endpoints and brings tasks like patching, deployment, and monitoring into one dashboard.

2. Integrations

Rating: (Strong inside ecosystem, moderate outside)

It integrates well with ITSM, IAM, and SIEM tools, and it works across environments including Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile. It also supports automation through APIs and connectors.

3. Performance

Rating: (Reliable but depends on environment)

Overall performance is reliable for patch deployment, remote troubleshooting, and software distribution. It can handle large-scale endpoint environments, especially when automation is used.

4. Pricing / ROI

Rating: (One of its biggest strengths)

ROI is high because it helps save costs through tool consolidation and automation.

5. Support / Onboarding

Rating: (Moderate support experience)

24/7 support is available by phone and online, and the documentation, tutorials, and training materials are strong.

6. AI / Intelligence

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

1. UI / UX

Limitations: The UI feels less intuitive and somewhat unpolished. There’s a learning curve, and in some situations you may need scripting knowledge to really get the most out of it.

2. Integrations

Limitations: API-based integrations with external enterprise tools can be somewhat limited.

3. Performance

Limitations: Performance can dip on slower networks, especially during large-scale patch deployments.

4. Pricing / ROI

Limitations: Pricing feels a bit higher.

5. Support / Onboarding

Limitations: The initial setup and configuration can take time.

6. AI / Intelligence

Limitations: It’s not as advanced as more AI-first platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Endpoint Management Platform with Excellent Automation Features"
5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

What I like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that it combines patch management, software deployment, inventory, remote troubleshooting, and endpoint configuration into a single platform. It has significantly reduced the time required for routine IT administration and helped us maintain better visibility and control over our environment.

The automation features are particularly useful for deploying updates and applications consistently across multiple devices and locations. The remote support tools make it easy to assist users without needing additional software.

Another aspect I appreciate is the support team. In my experience, support engineers are responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work through complex issues when needed. Combined with an extensive knowledge base and documentation, this has helped us resolve problems quickly and get the most value out of the product.

Overall, Endpoint Central provides a comprehensive feature set at a competitive price point and has become an essential part of our endpoint management strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

While ManageEngine Endpoint Central offers a very comprehensive feature set, some areas of the interface can feel dated and require a learning curve for new administrators. Because the platform includes so many features, certain advanced configurations and policy settings can be difficult to locate at first.

I would also like to see further improvements in reporting customization and a more streamlined navigation experience between modules. In some cases, troubleshooting complex deployment or patching issues may require consulting documentation or working with support.

These are relatively minor concerns compared to the overall value of the product, but they are areas where the user experience could continue to improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Endpoint Central: Powerful All-in-One Endpoint Management with an Easy, Responsive UI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

Endpoint Central gives us a lot of functionality in one product. Imaging computers and installing Windows updates has become much easier. The ability to install BIOS updates is also useful.

We like that we can give users admin access to specific apps when needed without having to give them full admin rights on the computer.

Software deployment is relatively easy. There a quite a lot of predefined software packages. Creating our own software packages isn't too difficult.

We have found managing BitLocker is much easier than group policy and auto rotation of the BitLocker keys is useful.

Dex has been very helpful in tracking down computer issues. It has allowed us to be more proactive on issues rather than waiting for end users to report on problems.

The inventory tracking has saved us quite a bit of time over our previous tools. It has pulled in all necessary information, including warranty dates, without having to manually create any custom fields.

Lastly the interface is easy to use, and we have found it very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ManageEngine Endpoint Central?

The OS deployment feature hasn't been integrated with the software deployment feature. That means either creating software packages in two places or installing software to an imaged computer as a second step once finished. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
