# What is the easiest way to apply the policies and assignments to a new system?

I mean lets say we have 5 policies currently applied to 100 systems. We introduced another 10 machines to the desktop central, defenitely these 10 devices will not get the 5 policies which are already applied to 100 systems. We have to do this 1 by 1 manually. Do we have any facility to make this process easy or automated.
For example, a desktop screen ploicy, password expiry, or notifications and so on...

Hey Sabin,

You can group a specific computers ( via the custom group feature) automatically based on a set of rules, and deploy policies to those computers at once. In your case, you can add the 10 new computers to a custom group and Desktop Central will apply the same policies and configurations (in the existing 100 computers) based on the agent-server sync.
