It has very fridenly UI gives me a seamless user exprience. Futher, they areoffering 30 day free trial, which attrct me more. **What do you dislike about Mailzzy?** Just one thing that uploading contact list a bit hard for me but it also has segmention option ehich is a good one. **What problems is Mailzzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was facing an issue with reaching out to those who have performed any action on my Campaigns. The retargeting feature has resolved that issue. Further, I was also frustrated with creating a template from scratch and use only once. Mailzzy allows me to create a template and also permit me to make a duplicate copy of that template with some change. Re-use existing template by duplication. Spam Detection: Its helps to solve spam words through spam detection features. **What do you dislike about Mailzzy?** Currently, do not have the functionality of automatic recurring email. **What problems is Mailzzy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was facing the issue that some of my emails were going to the spam folder instead of the Inbox, and after using the Mailzzy spam detection feature, it will be resolved. It enabled the campaign to resend. Mailzzy enables duplicating templates for reuse with modifications. Efficient solution for overcoming these problems. ### 4.
