aether dynamics assigning actual human BI analysts to accounts instead of routing through a ticket queue is a meaningfully different support model, worth asking about directly in any sales conversation. The question of whether the team you meet in the pitch is the team that shows up for implementation is one I&#39;d push on with any consultancy, not just these three.
