"Reliable Tool for Cold Outreach Success"
What do you like best about Mailwarm?

I'm really happy with Mailwarm because it's not just a basic warm-up tool; it's reliable, and I can trust it. I can manage multiple accounts easily, and it works across different email providers like iCloud, Gmail, and Outlook. The process is mostly automated, so once it's set up, I don't have to think about it or go back to tailor it. Keeping an eye on spam scores helps avoid issues early on, making deliverability easier to manage for us. Mailwarm is quite advanced, allowing me to manage multiple accounts and campaigns easily. The whole process is really easy to use once tailored to individual needs. It's a smooth sailing from there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effective Email Warm-Up Tool with Room for Customization"
What do you like best about Mailwarm?

I use Mailwarm to warm up my email boxes for cold outbound, and it really helps improve my deliverability by getting my emails into more inboxes instead of the spam folder, which leads to more replies and engagement. The solution is strong, and I've seen noticeable results. It's easy to use, and their backend data is really strong. I followed Mailwarm's directions and guidance, which has increased the number of replies I get. The initial setup was very easy and smooth. Overall, I highly recommend Mailwarm. What do you dislike about Mailwarm?

I would like to be able to choose the percentage of emails warming up specific boxes like Microsoft. Mailwarm is a bit pricey, so I use it only for my main mailboxes and other options for the rest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"How mailwarm Boosted my Email Deliverability & Kept my cold outreach out of Spam"
What do you like best about Mailwarm?

What I like most about Mailwarm is how consistent and reliable the warmup results have been over time. I’ve been using it for more than a year across multiple domains, and every time Mailwarm is active, my deliverability significantly improves, especially for cold outreach.

Their real-time spam score tracking feature is incredibly helpful because it gives you a measurable evolution of your domain’s health so you can adjust strategy proactively.

I also appreciate how easy it is to set up and integrate with different inboxes, and the warmup ramp-up feels natural and aligned with best practices instead of artificially inflated activity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailwarm?

The main downside is that once I stop using Mailwarm or pause the warmup schedule, my deliverability tends to decrease over time, which means I pretty much need to keep it running continuously.

I also wish the platform offered a bit more automation for managing multiple domains at scale, as switching between accounts can take time.

Finally, while the feature set is strong, I'd love to see deeper reporting and insights across mailbox providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domains) to fully understand placement breakdowns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"No more being flagged as spam"
What do you like best about Mailwarm?

It warms up our inboxes in 2 weeks and helps us deliver outbound to our target prospects. Without it, our emails would not have been properly delivered and our domain would have been hurt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mailwarm?

The spam score has been an upcoming feature for like forever! Also, it doesn't automatically reconnect to an email address when it gets suspended by an admin, which means more manual work or negligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
