## About Mailwarm
Mailwarm is an automated email warmup and email deliverability platform designed to help businesses keep their emails out of spam folders and consistently reach the inbox. It improves sender reputation by generating natural email engagement between real inboxes across major providers such as Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Yahoo. This process helps new domains, mailboxes, and SMTP servers build trust with mailbox providers before launching cold email or outreach campaigns. Email warmup is a critical step in email deliverability. Without proper warmup, new sending domains often trigger spam filters due to low reputation, sudden sending volume, or inconsistent engagement. Mailwarm automates this process by simulating authentic email behavior, including replies, marking emails as important, and removing messages from spam. The platform also provides spam score monitoring, deliverability analytics, bounce prevention, and multi-provider warmup infrastructure to help teams track and improve inbox placement over time. Mailwarm is used by startups, sales teams, marketing agencies, recruiters, and growth teams that depend on outbound email as a revenue channel. It was launched in 2020 and later joined Y Combinator and Station F. Mailwarm focuses on sustainable sender reputation growth and long-term inbox placement rather than short-term deliverability tactics.

  ### 7. How mailwarm Boosted my Email Deliverability & Kept my cold outreach out of Spam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Mailwarm?**

What I like most about Mailwarm is how consistent and reliable the warmup results have been over time. I’ve been using it for more than a year across multiple domains, and every time Mailwarm is active, my deliverability significantly improves, especially for cold outreach.
Their real-time spam score tracking feature is incredibly helpful because it gives you a measurable evolution of your domain’s health so you can adjust strategy proactively.
I also appreciate how easy it is to set up and integrate with different inboxes, and the warmup ramp-up feels natural and aligned with best practices instead of artificially inflated activity.

**What do you dislike about Mailwarm?**

The main downside is that once I stop using Mailwarm or pause the warmup schedule, my deliverability tends to decrease over time, which means I pretty much need to keep it running continuously.
I also wish the platform offered a bit more automation for managing multiple domains at scale, as switching between accounts can take time.
Finally, while the feature set is strong, I'd love to see deeper reporting and insights across mailbox providers (Gmail, Outlook, corporate domains) to fully understand placement breakdowns.

**What problems is Mailwarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mailwarm helps me preserve a strong sending reputation and maintain inbox placement for cold outreach campaigns, especially when scaling new domains.
Before using it, a lot of my emails landed in spam despite correct DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)> By the way, they help on that, just ask their support.
With Mailwarm warming up daily, reply rates improved, open rates increased, and I could safely increase sending volumes without getting flagged. The spam score evolution feature has been key for diagnosing deliverability issues and preventing domain damage.
Overall, it allows me to run high-volume outbound campaigns safely and predictably.

  ### 8. No more being flagged as spam

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Mailwarm?**

It warms up our inboxes in 2 weeks and helps us deliver outbound to our target prospects. Without it, our emails would not have been properly delivered and our domain would have been hurt.

**What do you dislike about Mailwarm?**

The spam score has been an upcoming feature for like forever! Also, it doesn't automatically reconnect to an email address when it gets suspended by an admin, which means more manual work or negligence.

**What problems is Mailwarm solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping us warm up our inbox and ensure our domains are secure. Without it, we would be flagged as spam even when we do our best to reach out to interested people only with the intent to help with real pain points.
