The main feature is the ability to track emails in real time - see if your emails are opened, links in emails clicked, etc. This tool also integrates with your Gmail - so the notifications can be set to be real-time & you don't need to have another tab opened all the time & track email interactions. Stinks.... no worse, they don't even reply to emails now.

- If you open a sent email from your sent folder, is lists it as if the original recipient opened the email

- Their custom signature tool is nice, but it often makes the email in gmail have the suspicious flag on it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best and most amazing aspect of this app that I have experienced so far is that it delivers real-time desktop push alerts or notifications. MailTag can give you a real-time update anytime your targets or clients open your email. And for me, it is a great relief. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To me, the negative side of this software is that the price is high, particularly regarding the services available. Now that Gmail enables emails to be scheduled directly from its app, the popularity of this software is falling. Rather than being able to access the system on different accounts, you have to pay a subscription fee, one for each Gmail, and I was unable to find a pricing structure depending on the number of accounts where individual accounts could access the service at a lower cost. For a long time, I have been using this program and I have seen that the most persuasive thing about this app is that it has Free Service Ping Sequences. If your customers or prospects do not view your email, you can always arrange a MailTag follow-up chain, so your business partnership always stays healthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I've found so far is that it's not related to any CRM scheme, it's not just as well placed to accelerate growth in other business areas and operate on its own to extend your market if you don't have your drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Pings. It is a great feature where I could save different follow-up sequences for different campaigns. We can save multiple drafts to be sent and we can also set the timeline.
